Journal of Economic - Law and Banking (JELB), ISSN 3030-4199, previously named Banking Science and Training Review, has been published monthly by Banking Academy of Vietnam since 1999.

All submitted manuscripts are managed on a trusted online system and subject to double - blinded peer review process. The accepting decisions are based on a rigorous and transparent process, ensuring the timely publication of high-quality papers that meet international standards. The Journal does not collect submission fee, but once manuscript accepted the author may have to pay the article processing charge (APC) or publication fee following the regulations of Banking Academy of Vietnam.
